How do I turn off jira summary statistics

Several years back I turned on the jira summary statistics to be the default page for each project.  It was a one time setting for all projects.  It has caused an issue with one of the projects and I need to turn it off, but for the life of me I can't find this setting again. I am on jira server.  Anyone know where this setting is?
