How do we filter issues based on JEP custom fields

We are trying to filter the issues based on a few custom fields provided by Enhancer plugin for Jira like, [JEP - Time Between] and [JEP - Amount of time till resolution] custom fields.

For example, we have to fetch the issues where [JEP - Amount of time till resolution] >= "5 days". We would like to know how we can achieve this. Please suggest.
