How does JIRA Cloud calculates a team's velocity?

I have the following number as Sprint Report:

Completed:  71

Not Completed: 29

Completed outside the Sprint: 9

Removed from the Sprint: 2

And in the Velocity Chart:

Committed: 106

Completed: 71

Therefore I only get how the "Completed" is calculated, but I am missing how the "Committed" is.

Can someone help me? :-)

The Committed includes  all the Issues when you started the Sprint.

It doesnt include issues which were removed or added during the Sprint.

However the numbers doesnt seem to match . Can you post the Sprint Report Table so that the  Issue marked "*" can be counted ?
