Hi @Somnath Raveenthiran ,

In order to add a column that does not exist in this predefined list of columns, you would need an app.

You can check our app Advanced Portal Reports.  It will let you show your customers on the portal a table report with many details about their requests. You can show them label, SLA, custom fields, etc. They will have a simple UI with an advanced search option, multiple filters and export.

Cheers,

Elitsa

Hi @Somnath Raveenthiran ,

see: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/customize-the-columns-in-your-customers-requests-list/

best regards

Lisa
