Hello @Natalie Keane

If you want a new Status to become available for the tasks, you must modify the workflow. The specific instructions depend on whether you are working with a Team Managed project or a Company Managed project. To find that information go to the View All Projects page under the Projects menu, find your project in the list, and look at the information in the Type column.

If you are working with issues in a Team Managed project you modify the workflow through the Project Settings.

If you are working with issues in a Company Managed project, you modify workflows by going to the gear icon (near your avatar), selecting Issues, then finding the Workflows page. There you find the workflow used by your project and select the Edit option.

Hi Natalie,

I am not following what you want to do. Can you provide more details or a screenshot?
