×I have a shared filter that has "open" permissions. I would like for that filter to be available on the Kanban board without me have to retype the query. How do I do that?
Thanks!
Julia
Hello Julia,
Thank you for reaching out to Atlassian Community!
When adding a Quick filter to a board, currently, it's necessary to add the JQL, it's not possible to search by saved filters.
It will be necessary to go to the filter, switch to Advanced/JQL in order to copy the JQL and paste it into the quick filter search box.
Regards,
Angélica
Thank you for your explanation. Is there anyway to build a jql query in that window or do I have to go to the filters view, build it using the basic/advanced view and then copy and paste it into the board filter?
thanks!
Julia

Yes, you can create the JQL directly from the Quick Filters menu. What I mentioned in the previous comment is that, if you already have a filter, you can open this filter, switch to the advanced mode in order to copy, so you won't need to type the JQL again (if it's a complex one).
