We use both cloud based Service Desk and Insight.
I want to set up an automated Flow like:
- Insight object is created manually
- Task in an Service Desk project is autmatically created and has the Insight object as an attribute
What I have done so far:
- created a automation to create the Service Desk Task if Insight object is created
- created a custom field for the Insight objects that is shown in the tasks
Now I could manually choose the Insight object, but I would like to have the object who created the ServiceDesk task automatically be added.
