How to assign site Admin rights to a User in JIRA.

Hi @VRaoballa 

N.B. You will need to be a site Admin to grant access to others!

Click on the gear icon, then select User Management. Click on Show details in the row of the person's name, which opens the user details screen. Under Roles, click the dropdown and select Site Administrator
