How to calculate approximate average cycle time on a cumulative flow diagram?

I want to be able to calculate the approximate average cycle time on my cumulative flow diagram. But I don't see a tool within JIRA's CFD report to make this happen.

Usually, you draw a vertical line somewhere on your chart from the first arrival stage all the way down to the first arrival line on the last stage. That's the count of items. Then you draw a perfectly horizontal line (moving right) from the first arrival stage of your vertical line to the point that it intersects the 'Done' column. Thats your time period.

Dividing the count of items by the time period gives an approximate average cycle time.

Does anyone know how JIRA supports this? I could eyeball it without a tool if the scale was granular enough. But JIRA doesn't provide support for changing the Y axis to make this possible. As you can see in my chart, the team I am part of creates a lot of issues. I can't reliably eyeball the count of issues when the scale is so large.

(Ignore the fact that my team has an 'In Progress-Blocked' column as part of their flow. I know this violates everything about flow charts and I plan on changing this in the next month with them.)

Appreciate any help!
