You need to take the 7.3 export, import it into a temporary dev/test system on 7.3, then upgrade that system to 7.5 and export it.  Your production 7.5 will then be able to read the file.

But i don't have the version 7.3. What i can do?

Download a copy.  You only need it temporarily.

You can download older version of Jira here: https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/update

Create on a temp sytem a new jira installation with 7.3 and import your old backup.
