How to check for Issues in a project that have linked issues in a specific project

I am using JIRA 8.13 Data Center. I need to find a list of all issues in ProjectA which have linked issues in ProjectB only and not those in ProjectC.

What function can do this?

I do not think there is functionality native to JIRA Server for this. You might be able to do something like that with Adaptavist Scriptrunner or jql search extensions for jira reports or other similar apps.
