How to collate different projects into 'one consolidated board/project) to have one view ?

Hi,

We have a number of different projects (circa 70) with hundreds of corresponding issues.

Am I able to consolidate these into one overview project/board so that I can see everything in one place? The issues would still be managed within the individual projects, but I would have one master overview project?

Also, as part of this I would be able to view 'one project' on Advanced Roadmaps as opposed to having several separate projects to open/close etc.

Hi @Fahim Ahmed , the answer/solution depends on the types of projects. Are all projects company managed or team managed or a combination? Are these software projects or work management projects or service management projects or a combination? Finally what do you want to be able to do with this view? How do you want that information presented?

with the above said, I would offer two possible solutions:

  1. create a master kanban board based upon a filter that would capture all of your projects. For example, resolution is empty or resolutiondate > startofday(-14). The previous will capture all issues without a resolution or those where the resolution was set less than 14 days ago
  2. create a dashboard leveraging various gadgets and filters to reflect your needs
