How to copy traceability (zephyr) links with Automation Rule when creating new issue

Hi,

I have Zephyr Scale Server installed.

Creating a new ticket in JIRA and adding links to Zephyr test cases/test cycles with traceability function.

I would like to create a new (clone) ticket with Project Automation,.

I have a rule, with Create issue type, but cannot find where can I copy the traceability of the original ticket to the new ticket.

Is it possible to copy the traceability section to a new ticket with automation rule?

This is not possible. Zephyr is a 3rd party app and not an integral part of Jira, as automation is.

3rd party apps can't just add functionality to Automation

I wonder if the app developer is able to provide this in automation, but I doubt it.
