I have my scope to import csv which should create an Epic, Story and sub tasks in a single import.

Summary, Issue Type, Issue Id, Parent

First Epic, Epic, 1,

First Story, Story, 11,1

Second Story, Story, 22,1

Third Story, Story, 33,1

First sub-task, Sub-task, 111,11

Second sub-task, Sub-task, 222,11

it fails with all the possible ways i could.

I had imported separate with Epic and Story with epic link added.

Can someone help with a template that should import all in a shot.

Hi, on the parent column use the issueid instead of issuekey.

Hi @Pradheep Ayyanar

If you are struggling with creating a functioning CSV template with the issues being linked correctly, and are willing to use a third-party app, you can try our app Deep Clone for Jira. You can create a template in Jira and then clone the template with Deep Clone.
