How to create a help button on a custom field

Hi

Is anybody made a good and simple solution for Custom Field that user will move over to some mark and will see help text for some custom fields?

I made some google searches but did not find any good way to make it simple and also notice that for Atlassian this idea is not a priority because we all need more things for Atlassian products.

Hi @Terri Moxon  and welcome,

On Server/Data Center instance you can use html on custom field description (https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/how-to-create-expandable-custom-field-description-in-jira-1077781390.html). On Cloud side you can't (https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-28776).
