How to create a project in one company with ability to work for outsource agents?

Company (A) need to create project or board for outsource company (QA)

(A) have any permissions to work with this project/board and any other project/board in company A space

(QA) have permissions only to work with exactly this project/board (create issue, modify issue) and can't see any other company (A) boards/projects

Does Company A work with only Company Managed projects, only Team Managed projects, or with both?

Permissions are managed differently for the two types of projects. The answer to your question depends on which types Company A currently uses, and which type of project will be created for outsource to access.

Be advised that allowing personnel from the outsource location to work in the Jira instance will consume additional user licenses and increase the cost of the instance for Company A.
