Hello, everyone.
I have a problem with creating backups for all my instances because instances have next-gen projects which I can't backup.
The solutions proposed by Jira cannot be used because, after moving, I lose some fields or linked issues.
I read, this:

and this
topic2
But I haven't found a decent solution that Atlassian proposed.
I`m looking for way to create common backup of all my data, without deleting projects and moving issues
Hi @Olexandr Babych,
This is only a problem if you are trying to create a backup for migration to Jira Data Center - simply because Team Managed projects don't exist and cannot be restored there. If you create a backup for cloud, this is not an issue.
Apart from that, Atlassian's built-in backup solution is indeed limited. If you need automated backups with granular restore capabilities in case you (or your users) accidentally manage to lose data in the cloud universe somehow, you might want to look at marketplace solutions which do a much better job at this.
Hope this helps!

Hi, does the answer by you @Walter Buggenhout mean that when I carry out the back up for cloud, then this will also back up team-managed projects (which we called next-gen)?
We don't use Jira Server so I'm hoping that the backups I'm making manually weekly are inclusive of all jira projects.
Thanks for any additional info.
