How to create custom field with multiple values for json file import ?

I need to import json file with custom field which have multiple value.

This is my labels field get from extract :

I tried this code to create a custom field with several values from a list : 

And I get the followed error (line 76 = Label1,) : 

Do you know which syntax to use ?
