How to customize issue navigator columns?

Omkar Rajale May 27, 2024

I have two custom fields with the same name "Story points", In the issue navigator when i try to add story points column, only one field is available. But the column populates values of both fields in the same column.

Hi Omkar,

This is probably due to using Team-managed projects when the same name exists for multiple custom fields since the projects are all independent. If you go to Settings > Issues > Custom fields, can you verify if you see 1, 2 or no fields by that name?

Hi John ,

In Custom fields I see two fields with the same name.

There's your problem then. Someone has created another field with the exact same name. You should change the name of the one that was not the original one added by Atlassian.
