How to customize what details are shown on Agile cards

How can we customize the details shown on the Agile cards? (see attached file)

Example to show time spent, components, custom fields, etc

It seems there are some setting we can change in the Grasshopper Project Template page.

But changing the settings there does not result in any changes on the actual Agile cards. (I suspect the settings page is for an old version of Grasshopper board)
