How to disable the "configure fields" button

Hi,

We would like to disable the "Configure Fields" button on the Issue Create/Edit screens. And display always all fields.
Is this possible?

From this comment by Richie Gee, it seems that JIRA OnDemand restrict one of the possibility to disable the button. I'm afraid there isn't a way to remove it via JIRA Administrator yet, as we do have an open improvement ticket on this in JRA-27707.

It is so frustrating that nothing is possible on the OnDemand instance. My question was for that instance in particular.
