How to enable basic auth for JIRA Server REST API?

I got the error code 403 forbidden, because basic auth is diabled.

I disabled captcha Login. The basic auth is working now

Contact your Jira Server administrator. There is probably a third party add-in that is blocking Basic authentication and it's been done for a specific reason (IE. Company policy etc).
