My need is to move a project from a Jira instance to another instance.
I tried Configuration manager plugin but it is very sensitive to versions of Jira and plugins and it rename the attachments file names.
I would like to know if someone has already exported issues with attachments ?
I would like to use the CSV importer with "file:" link to Jira attachments located on the server.

I already tried to import issues with attachments in another past project. In my previous project i exported records from ClearQuest and the export contained the csv file and a folder with all related attachments.
I know how to import issues with attachments but in this case i don't know how to export issues with attachments from Jira.

To use the "file" option in a CSV import you must have the attachment files located on the network in a location that can be accessed using a URL, or the files must be in the import/attachments
subdirectory of your Jira home directory.
