How to find the User ID in Jira Software Server?

I've tried to migrate one porject to server to cloud and this is what I get in the error log:

2021-12-15 12:41:22.420 ERROR TR4 project-import We couldn't import Project TR4. Reason: IllegalArgumentException: User [5f84b248acaa710068f9a372] not found. This caused 130 other items to fail.
2021-12-15 12:41:20.382 ERROR TR4 project-import We couldn't import Filter 'Filtro para Pizarra TR4'. Reason: Could not resolve a user with the provided AAID: 5f84b248acaa710068f9a372. This caused 136 other items to fail.
2021-12-15 12:41:20.883 ERROR TR4 project-import We couldn't import Project Role 'Tester BYDSA'. Reason: IllegalArgumentException: Role actor [ProjectRoleActor{id='61771edc26a540007187e63b'}] does not exist.

So I understand thet I must find that user that is causing problems but I only have its ID how can I find it in Server because the user ID doesn't appear in the URL like in Cloud.

Can you guide me how to solve this?
