How to link change set to a P4 Job

Using JIRA with Perforce and Fisheye
I have a JIRA bug.
I created a P4 linked to that JIRA Bug.
Submitted change set and linked it to the P4 job. And the option was selected to close the job upon submit.
Under the Development panel of the P4 no Commit is visible (see image) and the job appears to remain open
Is there a way to manually link the change set to the P4?
