We want to allow customer to have visibility on roadmap and also providing us feedback using comment. Is there a way a customer can comment any ideas on the roadmap without us having to create them a Jira User ?
Currently that is not possible. I asked that question to the product team during Team 23 and I was told that that is something that they are looking into. I would suggest that you join the Jira Product Discovery group and add your suggestion and use case there.
