How to make fileds hidden/visible when a particular field is selected?

Hi Team,

We have a 3 fields called Customer Description and Approver. When Customer field is selected remaining 2 fields will appear If not 2 fields remain hidden/ non editable.

Is there any way to meet this requirement?

If scripting is the solution then please share the script.

Jira Server doesn't offer this functionality out-of-the box. You can use apps (add-ons) like Behaviours in ScriptRunner for Jira

or Dynamic Forms for Jira to display only context-relevant fields.
