How to migrate projects to from one jira to another jira

We have a project team who wants to move forward with a migration from one jira  to another jira. The biggest concern is that we need to maintain attachments of the cloned issues in the new  Jira instance.

I've made good experience with configuration manager for Jira app.

This app supports migration very well and you can also include the attachments in the migration.
