How to populate fields in a form for confluence from a issue created in JIRA

Hi, 

My question is if i can get populated information in the fields in a form for confluence. The information should be populated from a JIRA issue. 

I have been looking for information but all the cases I have read, where to create a jira issue from confluence. Also I have found how to populate information in the fields from a custom field. 

Please let me know if this is doable and how, the ideal world would be with the use of the forms for confluence plugin.

If you are looking for a free plugin I was using PAGEME.

You can also send updates on custom fields

Unfortunately my company wouldn't accept this plugin as it is not supported by Atlassian. 

I will be look for any other options to achieve this. Many thanks again
