I am not able to open/move a ticket back since the resolution is marked as duplicate.
How could I change the workflow to give me an option to move this ticket back to in progress ?
Is there a condition or a post function that needs to be added in order to work ?

Don't you have any property set on Done status?
so when you try to execute the "Back to In Progress" what happens? I don't see any Conditions listed so on the surface it seems it should work. More info might help me diagnose the cause.

I was able to move back to In Progress. But i would like to remove the resolution = duplicate

You can use post-function "Update issue field" and select Resolution issue field and change the value to none.

But where should i add this post-function ? Ticket marked as Done or back to in progress section ?
