How to restrict access to seeing all projects to users in Activity Stream?

hello, i have a problem and nowhere can i find the right answer for how to restrict view under activity stream. I would like to limit visibility of working (issue). This is for all Jira members and be part of certain projects. That's means they don't view all project but specific.

Hi, thanks. But this process is too complicated. There may be some less complicated process available?

I tried to do as it says in the article but it has no effect. I have cloud version of Jira and the process in the article doesn't not effect.
