How to send slack DMs using jira automation?

Hi All,

Been trying for weeks now and I can't figure out how to send a slack notification as a DM. I have followed the documentation, used the correct formating, made sure I am using the correct slack memberID and not the username....etc and still it does not work. The rule runs a as a "success" but no DMs are being received by my team members.

Looking for some help from the awesome community. I am sure its something staring at me

Any guidance on the steps that I need to check would be awesome.

Thanks @Carlos Garcia Navarro ! I have followed all the documentation I can find and followed it to the book and still no luck on my side. When I look at the audit log it says "success" but none of my teammates are receiving DMs.
