How to set predefined Text in Text box?

I have a field called Loan Details: I want to prepopulate few texts in the field

like this.

Loan no:

URL:

UserID:

How can i do this..??

I think i can achive this by default value assinged. But i am having tough time to configure this to Jira given fields. Like Environment should hold

Loan no:

URL:

UserID:
