My workflow didnt have a post-function to set resolution, as a result more than 1000 tickets are closed without resolution set.
I tried to edit in batch but the field resolution does'nt appear when I choose EDIT TICKETS.
How I can set the resolution for those tickets?
You can do it by creating a temporary transition from your 'Closed' status right back to itself and then add a post function to that transition that sets a resolution. After that just trigger this transition through bulk edit.
The problem is likely that your workflow doesn’t allow editing of an issue in the Done status. You can verify this by trying to edit a single issue via the view issue screen. If that is the issue there are other threads on How to work around this. Just search for ‘edit closed issue’ or similar.
