How to set up prioritization in Jira Product Discovery?

I've watched this video and decided to test prioritization technique. But I can't see the fields like Ipmact, Efforts. What am I missing?

That looks like you've found your way into a standard JWM view 

Can you navigate back up and create a Discovery project? Should look like
