How to show link type in issue matrix

Is it possible to show in issue matrix, what kind of relation is set between tasks?

I mean showin blocks/blocked by etc. as column.

Yes, you can do that if you are using Issue Links mode - check out the documentation. There is a setting called "Show Link Description" - this will show an additional column with the description of the link.
