How to stop product upgrade recommendation emails

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
As a JIRA and Confluence admin, I continue to get emails all the time from users in JIRA / Confluence from across our company, every time they click on a premium or enterprise feature we dont currently have. Sometimes they click on these things accidentally. Either way I get an email.
"So and so user would like to use Product Discovery"...
These are driving me nuts.
I cant see where to turn these off or turn off the ' premium feature discovery' being injected everywhere into these products.
The email even says, sorry we cant unsubscribe from these annoying prompts for me to consider paying for new features.
How do I escape this madness
