I am trying to submit a Scriptrunner support ticket but they request us to give them our Jira Version.
I have been trying to find the Cloud version of our Jira and I can't find it.
I even found online someone saying that we are always on the latest version on cloud, but as Scriptrunner team asks for a number and I can't find it, I am unable to submit a support ticket.
Go to the support portal and look for "General request - Scriptrunner for Jira Cloud" at the bottom. Should be https://productsupport.adaptavist.com/servicedesk/customer/portals?q=scriptrunner and it won't ask for a version.
There are two options named "ScriptRunner for Jira " with the Cloud and Server bits cut off when I've tried. If one looks wrong then try the other.
