I want to take my Jira cloud backup automatically and download in my Sharepoint.
Can you please help me on this
Hello,
You would need to create a script that runs automatically creating a backup and store it in Sharepoint. Check out the workaround suggested here: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CLOUD-6498
Also, you can use Jira automations to realize this directly in Jira.
Best,
Ramin
Hi @SIVA Kedari
Welcome to the community.
@Nikola Perisic is correct, if you do want more control on backup you can look for 3rd party solutions on the marketplace, like Revyz Data Manager for Jira

Welcome @SIVA Kedari
Currently, Atlassian does not support backups for the Sharepoint destination. As for creating the automatic backups, this can be done with creating a backup policy where you need to specify your apps, things that you would like to backup and also the storage which either can be Atlassian or AWS S3 bucket storage.
You can find more about the backup policies here: https://support.atlassian.com/organization-administration/docs/manage-backup-policies/
