How to track Root cause value change

Hi friends,

I have a situation that I would need to track the changes (how many times) of root cause  value between the time when the defect opens and until closure. Is there a query that is available to pull this report? Appreciate your help on this.

Welcome to the community.

There is not a native method to create a query that provide information about how many times a given field was updated. But you could add a custom Number field to your issues and use automation to increment that field each time the source field changed. You could then include that custom field in your output.
