How to update custom field value in database through SIL

Hi ALL,

In view screen, I am calculating some score basis on value of custom fields, Storing the sum of those fields and displaying it into view screen. I want to store the calculated sum into database through SIL script.

Is there any way to store value of custom field into database using SIL?
