How would I allow third party partners to log bugs without seeing all of our tickets?

We want to give a partner access to log bugs for a project, but we don't want them to be able to see anything else within the org. We are on the Standard plan. I looked into issue security scheme but I can't figure out if that's the right place for what I need. I created a third-party-user group but can't figure out how to really customize their permissions.

I have been a JIRA user for a few years but am new to the Admin role. I appreciate any help!
