I Want to comment and create and add value to some more fields for Issue from Mail to (Jira Cloud )

HI,

We're using the Cloud version.

It is possible to create and update fields from email content.i want to add values to some more custom fields from email  body content.Please suggest some way to achieve  this functionalities.

Hello Saravanakumar,

Unfortunately, JIRA e-mail handler does not support the update of the custom field yet, but only three specific system fields:

Description - Email body

Summary - E-mail subject

Watchers/Request Participants - Email addresses copied

That been said, the only way to achieve the functionality you are looking would be by using a third-party app, like the ones below:

- In-Mail Handler PRO
