I am unable to log in to the VM Jira instance

I have Purchased Managing Jira Projects (ACP-610/ACP-620 Certification Prep I am unable to log in to the VM Jira instance. I tried with the username and password provided with the labwork document. Kindly assist me with this issue ASAP.
