I can't publish an inactive workflow scheme

I have 2 Jira cloud projects. The 2 projects need different workflows.

I copied the 1st project workflow, edited, and renamed it. Now I can't publish my 2nd project workflow (HA Workflow). HA workflow appears as Inactive. How do I activate the workflow so I can assign it to my HA project?

This is my HA workflow that I created. As you see it appears as "Inactive".

I've looked in Inactive schemes to find my scheme and associate it to the 2nd (HA Workflow) project but I can't find it.

What step(s) am I missing so I can assign this new workflow to my 2nd project?

Hello @GlenellRosburg

If the two projects need different workflows, they also will each need their own Workflow Scheme. You need to create a new Workflow Scheme (or copy the original Workflow Scheme), add the new Workflow to it, and then associate the new Workflow Scheme to the second project.

@Trudy Claspill

Ah ha! Once I added the new HA Scheme and added the new workflow to the HA project everything was activated. Thank you!
