Currently, our JIRA team is unable to access the JIRA sprint module, please see attached screen shot, when we try we either get an empty screen or the following response:

I think it would be a good idea for you to open a ticket about this issue with us here in Support via support.atlassian.com.
Based off the information you have provided it is hard to tell exactly what may be happening, so be sure to provide us with a [Support Zip|https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Getting+Help#GettingHelp-CreatingaSupportZip] when you do open that ticket. This will allow us to parse your logs for other relevant errors and get a better sense of your system configuration.
