I created my JIRA Software account on cloud. How do I get the sample data ?

I am doing my initial trainings from

This mention getting sample data from JIRA administrator. How can I get sample data on my cloud account at my home pc. 

Or Am I missing something ?

Hello @Shweta Mathur ,

Once you create a project, click on the board and then click + create board. This will give you the option to create a board with sample data.
