I get "unable to find JQL function" when attempting to use inSprint("<scrum board>", "<sprint>")

We are running Jira Data Center v9.11.3 and ScriptRunner v8.17.0. According to the Adapavist doc, we should have it. We do have some "sprint" functions but not inSprint. The last snip shows that my syntax is correct but the function is not found. Has anybody had this issue?
