I have a couple users who want admin rights. What group should I put them in?

Hi,

I have a couple users that want admin rights. They want to be able to invite and add customers to their projects. Is the site-admin role the only way to give them that? What about project administrator? Do project administrators have access to project settings on their service projects? What is a jira administrator?

Thanks

Hi Fahad,

Yes, only the site-admin role can do that. And I would not just give that role to anyone. You need to have more control as to who is entering your instance. I would reserve that for a handful of qualified administrators.

Project Administrators can do a few things on their project, but they cannot change shared schemes used by projects.

Jira Administrators have full control in the system.
