I've had a new organization create a new email account for me (brandon.mann@rightstar.com). I set up a Jira account with that email account before that email was created. However, once it was created, I found no invitation email, even when I hit the resend link.
I'm currently logged in with my previous organization's account. Could my previous email be the reason I'm not receiving any emails from Jira at my new email address?
Also, I've tried changing my Jira account email address but I haven't received that email either. Does anyone have suggestions on how I can get this to work?
Sounds like there might be an e-mail filter that could be catching the e-mails? If it's cloud, I would try raising a support ticket to see if the Cloud support team can verify the e-mails are going out to your account (https://support.atlassian.com/) if they are, then work with your IT team to see if there is some possible spam filter catching them before they get to your inbox
Thanks Neil. Yeah, after reading some of the Related Community Content to the right of my screen, New User Not Receiving Invitation Email, I'm seeing usually it is a block based on trying to verify the email before it was created. Hopefully that is it.
My IT team already created a support ticket which supposedly no one is responding to. I'll try to create my own and update on the outcome.
Thanks!

I found out it was because I created an Atlassian account before my organization had set up my Outlook email address. This placed that email on a block list.
I created a ticket and they unblocked me in one day!
